Arrival Time
For you to enjoy the full value of your treatment, we ask you to arrive at least 15 minutes before commencement of your treatment.

Arriving Late
As we selected times allocated to each service, our treatments are completed at the scheduled times.

Gift Vouchers
For your convenience gift vouchers are available for all services. Payment can be made by phone, and the voucher sent to you. All gift vouchers are valid for 4 months only (no extensions). A $5.50 delivery fee will apply for postage.

Cancellation Policy
The treatment you select are reserved especially for you. Twenty-four (24hrs) notice is kindly required for any cancellation or a 50% late cancellation fee may apply. If you are booking in a treatment with a gift voucher and 24 hour cancellation is not provided, the gift voucher will become void and be cancelled.

Bookings
When booking appointments we require a contact number. If you are booking any treatment or service over 1 hour we require 15% deposit fee, this can be made by card or cash facilities to secure your booking. Ask us about our Rebooking loyalty programme.

Health Regulations
Due to health regulations a medical certificate may be required before commencing specific treatment.
